Description and acceptance

These terms govern Meta-Mind: Journal & Wellbeing, an app for personal journaling, mood tracking, habits, breathing, and digital wellbeing. By using it, you accept these terms.

The app is free and has no in-app purchases. Its main features store information on your device; some need a connection or specific permissions, such as optional Google Drive backups and notifications.

Self-care and service limits

Records, questionnaires, statistics, and the wellbeing score are for personal reflection. They are not a diagnosis or treatment and do not replace the judgment of health professionals. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services.

You decide what information to add and how to use it. A score or suggestion should not be the sole basis for health decisions.

Data, permissions, and backups

You are responsible for protecting access to your device. You can manage permissions in Android and choose whether to use backups. If you enable Google Drive, check your backups and selected account regularly. Read the Journal & Wellbeing privacy policy for details on data handling.

Content and intellectual property

You retain the rights to your writing, photos, and reflections. The Meta-Mind brand, logos, interface, and software belong to Samuel García, as described in the legal notice. You receive personal permission to use the app; commercial redistribution requires the owner’s authorization.

Availability, changes, and contact

The experience may vary with Android version, permissions, and the availability of external services. Keep copies of information you consider important. Changes to these terms will be published here with an update date.
