Who is responsible and what this policy covers
Samuel García, in Morelia, Michoacán, Mexico, is the contact responsible for Meta-Mind: Pomodoro. Email [email protected] with questions about this policy.
This document covers the Pomodoro app. Its operation and data are separate from Meta-Mind: Journal & Wellbeing and the website.
Data stored on your device
The app stores your chosen timer durations, preferences, and completed session history locally. It uses those records to show summaries and focus statistics. You do not need an account to use it.
Pomodoro does not sync sessions with Journal & Wellbeing. The current version does not request internet permission or include cloud backups for these records.
Permissions and purposes
Android may ask for permission to show notifications and schedule exact alarms. The app uses these capabilities to tell you when a session or break ends and to preserve timer scheduling after a device restart.
These records are not used for advertising or to create a profile on Meta-Mind servers. You can manage permissions in Android settings.
Retention and deletion
You can delete history in the app. You can also clear its data in Android or uninstall it. Local settings and statistics are not restored from a Meta-Mind account; deleting them may be permanent.
Contact and changes
For questions or requests to access, correct, delete, or object to data under Meta-Mind’s responsibility, email [email protected] and explain what you need. The app keeps no account or remote copy from which we could recover local sessions; you can manage them on your device.
To limit notifications, change permissions in Android. Changes to this policy will appear here with an update date.
