The Pomodoro technique divides a task into periods of attention and rest. Choose one thing, give it a block of time, and take a break before starting again. You do not need a perfect day to try it.
Before you begin, write down what you will do in your first session. Put aside distractions you can control and start a timer. When the block ends, stand up, breathe, or look away from the screen.
After a few sessions, notice what helped you focus. Adjust the length of each block to your energy and the task: the technique is a guide, not a rigid rule.
